Terms & Conditions for 24 hour printed promotional products service
All requests for the 24 hour service are subject to the same conditions, including reorders. Due to the special care and handling required to fulfill your promotional product order, the following conditions must be met:
- Complete order must be received no later than 3:00 PM central time zone.
- Complete and accurate electronic or camera-ready artwork must be received no later than 3:00 PM central time zone.
- Artwork emailed must state customer name, contact name, contact phone number, and the file type of the vector artwork used (i.e: eps file, adobe illustrator file).
- Order must clearly state artwork instructions and Logo to be used for order.
- One Standard Location.
- One color accepted up to End Quantity Pricing quantities.
- Products requiring oxidation up to a maximum quantity of 1,000 units.
- No proof approval. All proofs will require additional time.
- Client's account must be current and in good credit standing.
- Purchase Orders received on weekends, holidays and Fridays after 3:00 PM central time zone will be processed the following business day.
- Customer Care available up to 5:00 PM central time zone Monday through Thursday, Friday up to 4:00 PM central time zone.
